Shipping

  • Many of our products would cost exorbitant amounts to ship, so they are listed online for in-store sales only
  • We can ship any of these large/heavy items at your cost, contact us to arrange large-item shipments
  • Packages will ship out during our regulary scheduled store hours

Payment

 

  • 20% non-refundable deposit required on all special orders and pre-orders
  • Special orders and pre-orders cannot be returned
  • We can unfortunately accept any prepaid gift cards due to our processing equipment
  • We do not accept personal checks 

 

Returns

 

  • 7 Day Returns for UNOPENED Products
  • Must be Accompanied by receipt
  • No Returns on Nutrients, Biologics, Amendments, Soils,
  • Pre-Orders or Special Orders
  • Returns outside of this policy are at a manager’s discretion and subject to a restocking fee

 

Warranties

 

  • We honor manufacturer’s warranties when accompanied by a Perpetual Harvest receipt
  • The manufacturer determines how replacements and/or refunds are issued, not Perpetual Harvest
  • Support for warranties is only available to us during weekday business hours

 

Advice

 

  • The advice we offer is invaluable and we dispense it as part of your purchase
  • Please read all directions, safety warnings and instruction booklets before you use products
  • Many chemicals we sell are caustic, many electronics are very high wattage, and water never mixes with electricity
  • We strive to give you as much information as possible during your visit, but you need to be aware of what you are purchasing
  • Our advice and input extends to products you have purchased here, from Perpetual Harvest
  • We offer consulting by the hour if you need advice with products that you did not purchase here
